Known as the ultimate Yoga instructor to many in the film and music industries, Heather Frenner is a certified Chopra Yoga Instructor, a certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, a Chopra Center Ayurvedic Products Consultant, and a certified children’s Yoga instructor. Heather is registered with the elite Yoga Alliance and Yoga Journal.
