Mary Magdalene is THE goddess of unconditional love. Pure and simple. She was Jesus' first disciple and was loved deeply by all who truly knew and supported her. Even though the Gospels did not specifically title Mary Magdalene a whore or a sinner, she was somehow given a bad reputation from unconscious, over inflated, ego eccentric, borderline pathetic human beings. And she, the goddess of unconditional love, chose to detach from their false accusations and forgive them with all of the dignity and poise that she embodied. Her beautifully loving, sweet energy compelled her to walk with poise, confidence and with Divine Grace. Designing many herbal elixirs, massage oils, sacred healing bath remedies and an entire line of natural products to enhance the complexion and condition the hair~Mary truly was one of the pioneering women who devoted her precious energy into beautifying the human body, mind and soul. She loved to work with healing crystals and implemented their nourishing elements into herown tinctures, creams and oils. She had a very loyal following, and those that were graced with her presence, felt her authenticity and love.

"EPONA", goddess of horses

The legendary, exquisite fairy-queen goddess, Epona was known as the great protector of horses, and worked her dynamic HEALING THROUGH CRYSTALS during the Celtic and Roman periods. It was said that she also nurtured, blessed and protected the environment, as well. Huge temples were built in her honor and she is still, greatly revered today.

I have always had a love for great, historical gods and goddesses~our beloved "soul sisters" and "soul brothers" of yesteryear. The stories of their profound, miraculous healings, lead us to believe in a higher source in the healing arts. I do believe that all healing originates from God.

And, when God created the earth, and all of us living on it, cultivated it. Many precious healing modalities were born of this planetand her tremendous, healing nutrients. It is with these very nutrients, that enable us to live in balance and in harmony.

One of the most powerfully healing and balancing elements derived from our beloved Mother Earth, is found in crystals. Crystal therapy is a solid, energetic source that works with an individuals body, mind and soul to provide instantaneous healing with these remarkable, mineral rich gems.

Many of my students have informed me that they receive an amazing, almost euphoric feeling when they have encountered one of my yoga sessions. They have said that it is not only the practice of yoga, but the instructor. When they pointed their finger at me and said, "it's YOU", I felt completely humbled and very honored to serve them.

It brought a level of awareness to me that quite honestly, compelled me to want to learn more. To learn additional ways of healing energy and their modalities-so that I may serve humanity with what God sent me here to do~TO LOVE THROUGH THE HEALING ARTS.

All healing energy is a field of cosmic infestructure, woven into a mineral source. The very aspect of our physiological functioning, not only thrives on- but is dependent upon mineral resources. It is with these mineral resources that manifest evolution in our lives. We are constantly evolving. Nothing remains the same. Our physiology changes every second of every day of our lives. We are not the same as we were yesterday, and we will not be the same tomorrow. And as we journey the evolutionary path of life, it makes perfectly good sense to evolve with the finest healing modalities possible. Obtaining minerals from the natural resources that the earth provides us with, will impregnate the necessary physiological nutrients needed to sustain our evolutionary path.
As a Healer, I enjoy so very much and am deeply honored to teach yoga and meditation. I have born witness to the miraculous unfolding of profound wellness in my students lives. They have given me such pleasure and I delight in the sheer joy when they come out of "Savasana" or share with me their first experience of "slipping into the "GAP". I relish in their harmonious evolution with them.

Naturally, I would seek additional knowledge to further my evolutionary path as a Healer. And, it is with great honor that I present you with an additional service to my healing instruction. Healing Crystals are filled with nourishing minerals and nutrients. They assist the healer by transmitting their energetic properties, to specifically targeted regions of the body, mind and soul. This is achieved when the conscious level of awareness initially views the crystal. One can easily identify with the sheer beauty and brilliance of these precious gems. Then, when the crystal comes in direct contact with the physical body of the patient, the physical senses of the body feel the warmth and vibrational frequencies and because the conscious mind and the physical body begin to notice the nurturing feeling that the crystal emits, the subconscious mind begins to accept the healing vibration. This then has a direct impact in the physiology, itself. Skin cells, that were once beginning to form a mass and adhere to one another, which caused a blockage in the blood flow, begin to move more freely because the flow of the blood becomes less constricted.

It has a truly remarkable effect on one's journey into wellbeing.

The art of wellbeing is a gracious path we walk in life. And, sometimes we are faced with life situations that are not filled with grace. It causes us emotional pain and suffering. I remember, a long time ago, I was in a very loving relationship with a beautifully kind gentleman, who was the road manager for Jerry Lewis. Jerry once made a comment, that turned out to be one of those "A~HA" points of self-realization for me, as I got older. He said, "All of the stress that you experience, when you are younger, inevitably shows up, when you are older." This could not be more true.

And, we will encounter stress. It is a permanent fact of life. Period. The key is learning How to deal with it!

~ "Juno" the Goddess of June~

Juno was known in Greece as "Hera", but the origin of her name was actually, "Junonius", given to her by the Roman Empire. In northern traditions, as "Frigg" and in the Christian faith, "Mary", this extraordinary goddess was known to be beautifully nurturing and possess "heaven-like qualities". Because of this, she was given the respectful title of "Queen of Heaven", and oversees the highest lunar point of the year, we now know as Summer Solstice. On June 21st, we well experience a day that encompasses maximum light from the sun.

Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, also pays homage to the kind fellow that baptized jesus in the Jordan River, good ole' John The Baptist.

And, in celebration of this day, and this saint, many people light evening bonfires, which symbolizes the light being shed on their crops to produce a bountiful harvest. Songs are sung and the half-way point of the year is noted. Many people associate this day with fairies-made forever eternal in "A Midsummer Night's Dream", by the great William Shakespeare.

"Through this house give glimmering light By the dead and drowsy fire: Every elf and fairy sprite, Hop as light as bird from brier; And this ditty, after me Sing, and dance it trippingly."

"First rehearse this song by rote: To each word a warbling note, Hand in hand, with fairy grace, Will we sing, and bless this place."

***One of the many celebrations of life that I bask in sheer delight with my precious daughter, is to acknowledge Shakespeare and the following Midsummer Night Ritual;
~At twilight, my daughter places pieces of fruit, seeds, nuts, berries and flower blossoms in a lovely wooden bowl, in our garden. The following morning, she awakens to the contents of this bowl having disappeared, and replaced with exquisite healing crystals~and maybe even a luxurious blueberry scone! And, even though my beautiful child is now a teenager, still very much enjoys this special ritual. Enjoy ;-)
