Part Four: Spiritual Well Being
For my beloved member of the Vine and Fig Tree,
I present to you a healing mantra, a healing chant, a healing vibrational frequency so profound that words cannot explain the miracles born of this energy.
As Rumi put it so very eloquently, "my pen breaks away and I am rendered speechless".
The healings you are about to encounter are nothing and I do mean absolutely nothing short of a miracle.
I remember so well, learning this. It was twilight, and the golden sun was painting her most brilliant sunset. I was in a room filled with immense love and support, as I was with some of my closest and most beloved friends, my fellow Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Teachers (to be)! We were spiritually guided in the most divine way to learn this very powerful, healing practice. And to this day, we still practice it. We not only use this to heal ourselves, our family members and our students-but we have extended the vibrational frequency top reach out to all of humanity.
~THIS IS THE SIRI GAITRI MANTRA~
*A mantra is a "Mind"-"Vehicle". It is a sound used to quiet the mind, and transcend all thoughts into one beautiful, Divine purpose.
This mantra literally means;
"I am thou. It is also used to invoke, "The Service of God is Within Me".
~RA; sun energy.
~MA; moon energy.
~DA; earth energy.
~SA; infinity, universal energy.
~SA; repeat in second half of mantra.
~SAY; the personal embodiment of Sa.
~SO; the personal sense of merger with SA.
~HUNG; the INFINITE, vibrating and real.
It is chanted in Sanskrit, the ancient language of India-predating even the language of latin!
**The intention of the Siri Gaitri Mantra is to HEAL.
If you have a healing request, if you would please post it on the BLOG, you will begin to receive healing energy to that intention that you wish to see fulfilled.
Here is how you can help to participate;
*Inhale deeply and caress your breath. Become one, with your breath. Begin to visualize the individual or the situation in which you desire this healing to transcend into. Make this image in your mind quite vivid and lucid. Next, place a visionary emerald green shield around this individual or situation. AND HOLD ONTO THIS IMAGE WITH VIVID CLARITY AND SURROUND IT, EMBRACE IT, CARESS IT AND LOVE IT WITH THIS EMERALD GREEN LIGHT...Keep this person in your mind then EXHALE.
Inhale deeply, and when you have reached your inhalation capacity, HOLD IT. Send this individual or situation this healing green light. Picture them receiving it. Picture it healing them in body, mind and in spirit. When you absolutely cannot hold onto that inhalation any longer, EXHALE. Your energy has been received by the recipient. And, it is now time to let it go.
For the last time, INHALE deeply, holding your breath. Visualize that this individual has received your healing energy requests. Visualize is harmonizing every pore and cell in their body and every molecular structure in its functioning.
This person or situation is being bathed in a sacred, healing bath of profound spirituality. of love, of light and of immense healing.
